    Meld je nu aan voor de laatste bijeenkomst van 'De grens over?'

    Op donderdag 6 april vindt de derde en tevens laatste bijeenkomst plaats van de reeks 'De grens over?'. Thema is ditmaal 'Internationaal werken: je organisatie onder de loep'.
    Veel culturele organisaties werken buiten de eigen landsgrenzen. Gewoon, omdat ze gevraagd worden door hun collega's in het buitenland. Het komt minder vaak voor dat het internationaal werken voortvloeit uit de missie/visie van de organisatie en onderdeel is van het strategisch beleid. Maar met een goede strategie kan jouw organisatie een onderscheidende positie innemen ten opzichte van haar concurrenten. Het bestaansrecht van je organisatie ligt immers in de buitenwereld.
