Open call: Delegates programme Hakawy International Arts Festival For Children

In collaboration with Dutch Performing Arts, AFCA for Arts and Culture organises a delegates' programme as part of the 10th anniversary of Hakawy International Arts Festival for Children. The festival takes place from 4-14 March 2020 in Cairo, Egypt.
The festival invites programmers and festival directors to register for their four-day programme taking place from 6-9 March 2020. During the festival, delegates can expect:

11 international performances for young audiences, including a Dutch focus and an American focus programme;
an Egyptian focus programme. A great opportunity to discover Egyptian theatre for young audiences;
talks, masterclasses and workshops.

Registration
Deadline for registration is 16 January 2020. Register through this form.

Important to know:
AFCA will select five delegates and offer them full packages that include flight ticket, full board accommodation, tickets to shows and local transportation;
Delegates who are not selected by AFCA will need to cover their own flight tickets, accommodation, meals and visas.

AFCA’s delegate package:
Free tickets to all shows;
Airport transfer, after receiving the flight itinerary;
Transportation between venues if needed;
Discount on accommodation at Pyramisa hotel B&B, when booked through AFCA;
Discount on the lunch and dinner provided by AFCA, when booked through the organisation;
Tourist visits to e.g. the pyramids and the river Nile.
